An order of this Court having been entered on May 10, 2018 (M-1584), inter alia, granting defendant's motion for leave to prosecute, as a poor person, the appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, rendered on or about February 21, 2017, under Indictment No. 196/17, and assigning counsel therefor, And defendant-appellant having moved for an order amending the notice of appeal and the aforementioned order to include the judgment of said Court, same date, under Indictment No. 651/16, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, including correspondence from defendant's assigned counsel, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that said motion is deemed withdrawn.
