An Article 78 proceeding having been transferred to this Court, pursuant to CPLR 7804(g), by order of the Supreme Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 6, 2018, to review a determination of the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles, Traffic Violations Division, And petitioner having moved for leave to prosecute the proceeding as a poor person, upon the original record and reproduced petitioner's brief,Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting the proceeding to be heard on the original record and upon a reproduced petitioner's brief, on condition that petitioner serves one copy of such brief upon the attorney for the respondent and file 8 copies of such brief, together with the
