ORDERED that the appeals and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 25, 2018, in the above-entitled action are transferred to the Appellate Division, Third Department, for hearing and determination; and it is further,
ORDERED that all further proceedings in connection with these appeals and cross appeal shall be conducted pursuant to the rules of the Appellate Division, Third Department.
