DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Adrienn Gellert-Smith from an order of the Family Court, Queens County, dated December 18, 2017. By scheduling order dated July 12, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until August 13, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the scheduling order dated July 12, 2018.
