Appeal by Donald J. Kennedy from an order of the Family Court, Dutchess County, dated March 5, 2018. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2018, the appellant was directed to file in the office of the Clerk of the Court an affidavit or affirmation containing certain material on or before August 13, 2018. The appellant has failed to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2018.
Now, on the Court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to comply with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 12, 2018.
