DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Gary Pluschau from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered July 3, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 27, 2018, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal was enlarged until August 27, 2018. The appellant has failed to perfect the appeal.

Now, on the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements, for failure to timely perfect in accordance with the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 27, 2018.
