Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Keli Iles-Hernandez, Esq., dated July 17, 2018, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Tina M. Hawthorne, Esq., dated August 30, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is denied with leave to renew in appellant's brief, and

It is further ORDERED that petitioner-appellant perfect the appeal on or before November 13, 2018, and in the event of failure to so perfect the appeal is hereby dismissed without further order.
