DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the decision and order on motion of this Court dated September 20, 2018, in the above-entitled case is recalled and vacated, and the following decision and order on motion is substituted therefor:

Separate appeals by Malika N. Abdul-Basheer and Dwayne Peltier from an order of the Family Court, Westchester County, dated August 22, 2018.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs or disbursements, as no appeal lies as of right from a nondispositional order in proceedings pursuant to Family Court Act article 6, part 3 (see Family Ct Act § 1112), and leave to appeal has not been granted.
