Motion by the appellant to make the caption anonymous on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered March 23, 2016, and to seal the record to maintain the confidentiality of a certain pre-pleading memorandum.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the pre-pleading memorandum shall be filed in this Court, under seal, for in camera review by the Justices assigned to hear the appeal, and shall remain sealed upon filing, and the motion is otherwise denied.
