Motion by Christina Shepherd on an appeal and a cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated January 22, 2018, and an appeal from an amended order of the same court dated January 31, 2018, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals and to direct Justin A. Bliss to pay one half of the cost of the joint record.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals is granted, and the time to perfect the appeals is enlarged until November 8, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to direct Justin A. Bliss to pay one half of the cost of the joint record is granted to the extent that Justin A. Bliss shall share the costs of the joint record or appendix in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][ii]); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
