Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated January 22, 2018, and for the Court to take judicial notice of a certain document.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appeal was timely perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for the Court to take judicial notice of a certain document is denied.
