An appeal having been taken from the judgment of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 6, 2017, And an order of this Court (M-975) having been entered on June 12, 2018 granting petitioner-appellant a stay of eviction pending hearing and determination of the appeal, on condition the appeal is perfected for the October 2018 Term, And petitioner-appellant, pro se, having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the January 2019 Term. The stay previously granted by this Court shall continue on condition the appeal is perfected for said Term.ENTERED: September 25, 2018
