An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about July 5, 2018, and said appeal having been perfected, And New York State Closers Association Inc. having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-4406), And American Land Title Association having moved for leave to file a brief amicus curiae in connection with the aforesaid appeal (M-4407), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motions are granted. Proposed amicus curiae New York State Closers Association Inc. are directed to file seven copies of the amicus brief attached to the moving papers within seven days of this Court's order (M-4406).
