| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the respondents Staten Island University Hospital and Pushpa Phillips, and separate motion by the respondent Inna Tubman, to dismiss an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County, dated November 29, 2017, on the ground that the order is not appealable as of right and leave to appeal has not been granted, or, in the alternative, to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondents Staten Island University Hospital and Pushpa Phillips and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the respondent Inna Tubman and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branches of the motions which are to dismiss the appeals are granted and the appeal is dismissed, without costs or disbursements (see Cedrone v Bon Secours Community Hospital;, 31 AD3d 596); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motions are otherwise denied as academic.
