Motion by the respondents-respondents John J. Barnosky and Alexandre Cassini Belmont on appeals from four orders of the Surrogate's Court, Nassau County, dated March 6, 2017, November 13, 2017, November 14, 2017, and December 21, 2017, respectively, to direct the petitioner-appellant to serve and file a supplemental appendix containing certain material and to enlarge the time to serve and file a brief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted; and it is further,
ORDERED that on or before October 25, 2018, the petitioner-appellant shall serve and file a supplemental appendix containing exhibits 2, 3, 10, 11, 12, 13, 15, 16, 17, 20, and 24 to the affirmation of Robert M. Harper dated July 18, 2016; and it is further,
ORDERED that the movants' time to serve and file a brief is enlarged until November 26, 2018, and the movants' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
