Motion by the appellant on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Queens County, dated May 11, 2017, and October 23, 2017, respectively, in effect, to stay all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of the appeal from the order dated May 11, 2017, to waive the filing fee with respect to the order dated May 11, 2017, and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 11, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is granted, and the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated May 11, 2017, is enlarged until October 25, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal from the order dated October 23, 2017 is enlarged until October 25, 2018.
