Motion by the appellant James J. on appeals from three orders of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated February 26, 2018, March 28, 2018, and March 29, 2018, respectively, to extend the time to comply with so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 13, 2018, as conditioned a stay upon the perfection of the appeals on or before July 13, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the appeals are deemed timely perfected as a condition of the stay.
