Appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated April 27, 2018. Pursuant to Family Court Act §§ 1118 and 1120, and upon the certification of Francine Silverstein, dated September 11, 2018, it is

ORDERED that Samuel E. is granted leave to proceed as a poor person on the appeal, and the following named attorney is assigned as counsel on his behalf to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,

(2) Samuel E. is not interested in responding to the appeal, or that he has been unable to contact Samuel E., and wishes to be relieved of the assignment.
