By decision and order on motion of this court dated August 16, 2016, a motion by appellant for a writ of error coram nobis for an extension of time to file an affidavit of errors on an appeal from a judgment of conviction of the Justice Court of the Village of Goshen, Orange County, rendered April 11, 2012, was granted. Appellant subsequently filed an affidavit of errors, and the court's return has been forwarded to this court.
Now, on the court's own motion, it is
ORDERED that an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal is granted and the time to perfect the appeal is enlarged to November 2, 2018; and it is further,
ORDERED that in the event the appeal is not perfected by November 2, 2018, the court, on its own motion, may dismiss the appeal or respondent may move to dismiss the appeal, on three days' notice.
