An appeal having been taken to this Court from a Temporary Order of Custody of the Family Court, Bronx County, entered on or about June 4, 2018, And respondent-appellant having moved for leave to appeal from the aforesaid order, and for a stay of the Temporary Order of Custody pending hearing and determination of the aforesaid appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion, to the extent it seeks a stay of temporary custody of the child, is denied as moot.
