Application by Nechadim Corp., in effect, pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.9(b) to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated October 23, 2017. Pursuant to 22 NYCRR 1250.10(a), the appeal by 500 Putnam, LLC, was deemed dismissed on August 1, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the application and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the application is granted, the time of Nechadim Corp. to perfect its appeal is enlarged until October 2, 2018, and the record or appendix and the brief of Nechadim Corp. shall be served and filed on or before that date.
