| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Hillel Malek and Hedi Malek for leave to appeal to this Court from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated August 17, 2018, and to stay certain proceedings in the Civil Court of the City of New York and a certain arbitration proceeding between the parties, pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is for leave to appeal is denied; and it is further,
