Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015, and to release the appellant on his own recognizance or to set bail, which was denied by me in a decision and order on motion dated May 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
