Motion by the appellant on appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered January 30, 2015, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2018, which determined his motion pursuant to CPL 460.50 for a stay of execution of the judgment and to release him on his own recognizance or to set bail.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
