Motion by the appellants to stay the sale of the subject premises and to stay enforcement of a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, entered October 23, 2017, pending hearing and determination of appeals from the judgment and an order of the same court dated July 3, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is dismissed for failure to provide proof of service of the motion in accordance with the terms of the order to show cause.
