Motion by the appellant for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, to recall and vacate so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated June 9, 2017, as dismissed an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated April 24, 2014, for failure to timely perfect. The prior motion was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated January 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
