Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 16, 2018, which dismissed appeals from four orders of the Family Court, Queens County, dated January 24, 2017, February 23, 2017, June 27, 2017, and October 2, 2017, respectively, for failure to timely perfect, to reinstate the appeals, to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals, for poor person relief, and for the assignment of counsel.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
