DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated September 29, 2017. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 30, 2018, John B. Stella, 305 Broadway, 9th Floor, New York, NY 10007, was relieved as counsel for the respondent, and Paul Skip Laisure, Appellate Advocates, 111 John Street, 9th Floor, New York, New York 10038, was assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Paul Skip Laisure is relieved of the assignment and John B. Stella and Paul Skip Laisure are directed to turn over all papers in the action to new counsel herein assigned; and it is further,

ORDERED that pursuant to County Law § 722 the following named attorney is assigned as counsel to respond to the appeal:

and it is further,
