| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by nonparty Gregory Rozin, inter alia, for leave to represent the respondent on appeals from a decision of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated May 1, 2018, and an order of the same court dated June 1, 2018. Separate motion by the appellant Rochel Leah Singer, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2018, as granted a stay on condition that the appellant Rochel Leah Singer perfect the appeal from the order by a date certain.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion by nonparty Gregory Rozin and the papers filed in relation thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion by the appellant Rochel Leah Singer and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion by nonparty Gregory Rozin is denied (see CPLR 321); and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion by the appellant Rochel Leah Singer is granted and the decision and order on motion of this Court dated August 15, 2018, is amended to reflect that the time to perfect the appeal from the order as a condition of the stay is extended until October 18, 2018.
