Motion by the appellants and nonparty-appellant on appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Dutchess County, dated February 20, 2018, and an order of the same court dated March 19, 2018, in effect, to amend so much of a decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 2, 2018, as conditioned a stay upon the perfection of the appeals by a date certain and to enlarge the time to perfect the appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the decretal paragraphs of the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 2, 2018, are amended to reflect that the time to perfect the appeals as a condition of a stay is extended until November 2, 2018, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended until November 2, 2018; and it is further,

ORDERED that no further extension of the time to perfect the appeals as a condition of the stay granted by the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 2, 2018, or enlargement of time to perfect the appeals shall be granted.
