Motion by Stephen Breskin and 1525 Green Avenue, LLC, to calendar together appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 7, 2016, and May 23, 2018, respectively, for a preference in the calendaring of the appeals, and, in effect, to direct Saturnia Gomez Moronto to serve and file her respondent's brief expeditiously with respect to the appeal from the order dated May 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to calendar the appeals together is granted, and the appeals will be argued or submitted on the same date; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
