----------------------------------------x Appeals having been taken to this Court by petitioners-plaintiffs-appellants John Givens and JDG Investigations, Inc., from orders of the Supreme Court New York County, entered on or about February 26, 2018, February 21, 2018, and May 29, 2018, respectively, And petitioners-plaintiffs-appellants having moved for consolidation of the aforesaid appeals, and for civil poor person relief, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of permitting petitioners-plaintiffs-appellants to prosecute the consolidated appeals upon an original and five hard copies of one reproduced full record, and original and five hard copies of one appellant's brief and, if represented by counsel, one digital copy of the record and brief, pursuant to Section 1250.9 of the Practice Rules of the Appellate Division.
