Petitioner Jacklyn R. having moved for leave to appeal to this Court from a temporary order of visitation of the Family Court, New York County, from certain parts of a separate order of said Court, entered on or about May 9, 2018, and to stay those orders and all proceedings pending hearing and determination of the instant appeal, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted only to the extent of permitting her to appeal so much of the Family Court's May 9, 2018 order, issued under Docket Nos. O-22518/17 and V-22412/17, as failed to grant the mother's request for limited discovery, and otherwise denied.ENTERED: October 4, 2018
