the motion, including an affidavit submitted by petitioner Neal W. dated August 27, 2018, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion by petitioner father is deemed withdrawn in accordance with the aforementioned affidavit. ENTERED: October 4, 2018
