An appeal having been taken to this Court from the order

of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 10, 2017, and said appeal having been perfected, And plaintiffs-respondents having moved for an order that this Court take judicial notice of certain decisions of the Supreme Court, Queens County, attached to the moving papers as Exhibits E-G, and of certain notices of appearance attached to the moving papers as Exhibits H-I, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of granting plaintiffs-respondents leave to file a supplemental appendix containing the aforesaid exhibits, attached to the moving papers, and this Court shall take judicial notice of said

documents. Plaintiffs-respondents are directed to file said supplemental appendix, containing only the aforesaid Exhibits, within seven days of the date of entry hereof. ENTERED: October 4, 2018
