| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellants, in effect, to vacate a bankruptcy stay affecting the above-entitled matter on appeals from two orders of the Supreme Court, Rockland County, dated November 28, 2014, and September 1, 2015, respectively, and a judgment of the same court also dated September 1, 2015, which were determined by decision and order of this Court dated July 19, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied as unnecessary in light of the order of United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York dated April 3, 2018.
