Appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered March 23, 2018. The order denied appellant's motion for summary judgment.

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed as moot, as, by order of that court dated August 9, 2018, made upon reargument, the order entered March 23, 2018 was vacated and appellant's motion for summary judgment was granted.
