DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Appeal by Sabrina Defreitas from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated November 13, 2017.

On the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that Edward E. Caesar, 26 Court Street, Suite 2401, Brooklyn, NY 11242, 718-596-6263, assigned as the counsel for the respondent by the Family Court, Kings County, is relieved of the assignment, and is directed to turn over all papers in the proceedings to the new counsel for the respondent herein assigned; and it is further,
