| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by the appellant pro se to recall and vacate a decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 30, 2018, which dismissed an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Nassau County, dated July 26, 2017, to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises pending hearing and determination of the appeal, and for poor person relief.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
