DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to withdraw an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 21, 2017, concerning issues of custody and visitation, and to relieve assigned counsel. By decision and order on motion of this Court dated May 23, 2018, the appeal from so much of the judgment as concerns issues other than custody and visitation was dismissed for failure to timely perfect.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appeal concerning issues of custody and visitation is deemed withdrawn, without costs or disbursements, and the appellant's assigned counsel is relieved of the assignment.
