Application to be relieved as attorney for the child.
Upon the papers filed in support of the
application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that Michael Sullivan, Esq., is relieved of
appointment as attorney for the child and Palmer J. Pelella, Esq., P.O. Box 309, Owego, NY 13827, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant
to Family Court Act § 1120 (b); and it is further
ORDERED that the child be made available to the attorney for the child as he
may direct.
