Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted and the Clerk of the Court is directed to accept for filing the supplemental brief received on September 21, 2018. The appeal is removed from the November 2018 term of the Court and is set down for the January 2019 term of the Court. The supplemental brief of respondent shall be filed and served on or before October 31, 2018.
