DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Separate motions to enlarge the time to perfect proceedings pursuant to CPLR article 78, which were transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, dated September 13, 2017.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions are granted; and it is further,

ORDERED that the petitioners-cross respondents' time to perfect their proceeding is enlarged until October 23, 2018, and the joint record or appendix (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][ii]) and the petitioners-cross respondents' brief shall be served and filed on or before that date; and it is further,

ORDERED that the respondents-cross petitioners shall serve and file their answering brief, including the points of argument on the cross petition, in accordance with the rules of this Court (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]).
