Motion by the appellant, inter alia, to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, entered November 2, 2017, and for this Court to take judicial notice of a certain order of the Supreme Court, Queens County, in a related action.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the branch of the motion which is to enlarge the time to perfect the appeal is denied as unnecessary as the appeal was timely perfected; and it is further,
ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
