| DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION |
Motion by Larry Margolis, counsel assigned to represent Suzanne Greenwald by the Family Court, Kings County, to be relieved of the assignment on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Family Court, Kings County, dated August 24, 2017, and an appeal from an order of the same court dated December 11, 2017.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and on or before October 24, 2018, Larry Margolis shall serve Suzanne Greenwald by one of the methods specified in CPLR 2103(c), with a copy of this decision and order on motion and shall file proof of such service with the Clerk of this Court; and it is further,
ORDERED that Suzanne Greenwald's time to serve and file an answering brief, including her points of argument on the cross appeal (see 22 NYCRR 1250.9[f][1][iv]), is enlarged until November 26, 2018.
