Motion by the respondent for leave to serve and file a replacement brief on an appeal from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County, rendered August 11, 2015.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that on or before October 31, 2018, the appellant respondent may correct page 36 of the copies of the respondent's brief filed with the Clerk of this Court, and the motion is otherwise denied; and it is further,
ORDERED that on the Court's own motion, the appellant's time to serve and file a reply brief is enlarged until November 15, 2018, and the reply brief shall be served and filed on or before that date.
