DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant pro se to be provided with additional documents to aid in the preparation of a supplemental brief on an appeal from a judgment of the County Court, Suffolk County, rendered December 7, 2016, and for assignment of new counsel. Separate motion by the appellant pro se to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and for assignment of new counsel.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion to be provided with additional documents and the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the papers filed in support of the motion to relieve assigned counsel and for assignment of new counsel and the papers filed in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion to be provided with additional documents is denied without prejudice to renew upon proper papers specifically identifying the material sought and the relationship of that material to a specific issue being raised; and it is further,

ORDERED that the motion to relieve counsel assigned to prosecute the appeal and for assignment of new counsel is denied.
