Motion by Joseph Yerachmel Perlman, inter alia, for leave to reargue his prior motion, inter alia, for leave to appeal to this Court from four orders of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated March 12, 2016, December 13, 2017, and May 29, 2018 (two orders), respectively, and to stay enforcement of the orders, which was determined by decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2018, or, in the alternative, for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the decision and order on motion of this Court dated July 25, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is denied.
