Motion by the appellant to stay the foreclosure sale of the subject premises and all proceedings in the above-entitled action pending hearing and determination of appeals from an order and a judgment of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County, both dated February 23, 2018.
Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is
ORDERED that the motion is granted and the foreclosure sale of the subject premises, located at 23 Renfrew Lane, East Hampton, N.Y., and all proceedings in the above-entitled action are stayed pending hearing and determination of the appeal.
