Motions by appellant, by orders to show cause returnable August 9, 2018 and August 27, 2018, respectively, to stay the enforcement of a final judgment of the District Court of Suffolk County, Fifth District, entered January 18, 2018, pending the determination of an appeal from an order of that court dated July 12, 2018, and for related relief.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED, on the court's own motion, that appellant's motions are consolidated for purposes of disposition; and it is further,

ORDERED that appellant's motions are denied.
